Local pickup

Pickup is available at our Draper location at no charge. Choose local pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready, usually the same or next business day.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Temperature-sensitive products

Some products we carry are sensitive to heat. During summer months we may hold an order briefly or recommend local pickup rather than risk shipping a compromised product in high temperatures. If that affects your order, we will contact you first.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at (801) 572-7835 or cortney@thetruemedicalspa.com and we will resolve it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and reshipping a package returned for a bad address may incur an additional shipping charge.
